Inlaid Evil Eye [20.5cm(Ø)x27.5cm(h)]Pieces of mother-of-pearl, the naive gift of nature, were inlaid into walnut trees; combining with the ''evil eye'', one of the oldest beliefs in human history, they formed the Mother-of-Pearl Evil Eye Collection.
To create the "eye" motifs, each piece of mother-of-pearl was individually inlaid into the walnut tree and surrounded by filigree wires.
Mother-of-pearl workmanship has a very special place among traditional Anatolian arts.
The Sedef Evil Eye Collection is designed to bring a different and unique approach to the concept of the ''evil eye''.
*It is recommended not to wash it, but to clean it by wiping it with a damp cloth.
